1. Requirements to Participate

Participants must be women aged 21 or older at the time of travel.
A valid passport is required, along with any necessary visas to enter Bali.
Travel insurance covering medical emergencies is mandatory.

2. Reservations and Payments

Both groups follow the same pricing tiers; only the registration deadlines vary.

April–May Group

• Early Bird — $2,449 USD (first 3 confirmed spots)

• Regular — $2,599 USD (available until March 5, 2026)

• Last Call — $2,799 USD (March 6–13, 2026)

September Group

• Early Bird — $2,449 USD (first 3 confirmed spots)

• Regular — $2,599 USD (available until August 10, 2026)

• Last Call — $2,799 USD (August 11–17, 2026)

To reserve your spot, simply make a $399 USD deposit (non-refundable).

The cost of your Bali trip can be paid in full or through 3 monthly installments:

Payments can be made via bank transfer or Stripe using a debit or credit card (with a 4% fee).

3. Cancellation Policy

All reservations for this trip are final and non-refundable, including any additional amount paid. If you are unable to attend, no refunds will be issued.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, Lúmina Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip. In this case, participants may choose between a full refund or using the amount paid to book another trip or date offered by Lúmina Travel. Participants will be notified in advance and given the option to select one of these alternatives.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Each participant must inform the organizers of allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions before the trip.
Participants must follow the guides' instructions during all activities to ensure group safety.
Each participant is responsible for taking care of their personal belongings and equipment during the trip.

5. Behavior During the Trip

All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and positive attitude towards the group and the organizing team.
Any behavior that endangers the group's safety or negatively affects other participants' experience may result in exclusion from activities without a refund.

 

6. Use of Images

By participating in this trip, you authorize the use of photos and videos taken during the activities for promotional purposes on social media and other communication channels of the organization.

 

7. Liability Waiver

Lúmina Travel is not responsible for any accidents, illnesses, losses, or damages that may occur during the trip. We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance covering these risks.

Scheduled activities may be modified due to weather conditions or unforeseen local circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking your spot, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them throughout the trip.
